You will individually proactively manage a blended and complex portfolio of public liability customer claims to effective and sustainable outcomes.What you'll doKey responsibilities include:Managing an ongoing portfolio of claims with a focus on delivering proactive and sustainable outcomesAdopting a service-oriented approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of all stakeholdersAnalysing liability and quantum, and resolving claims within the approved delegation of authority in a timely and cost-effective mannerWhat you'll bringIdeally you will have a legal background or have previous end-to-end public liability claims experience assessing liability and quantum.
