About the role:
Joining our seasoned team of claims professionals, you will efficiently manage Workers Compensation claims, always striving for the best outcome for our clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance and advice to our clients on Workers Compensation claims.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and insurers to facilitate the efficient and accurate handling of claims.
- Investigating and gathering relevant information regarding workplace incidents and accidents to support claim processing.
- Supporting our senior consultants and wider broking team, managing a portfolio of commercial clients.,
- Facilitating safe and timely return to work utilising top performing service providers.
- Negotiating with insurers on behalf of clients to achieve fair and prompt settlements.
- Staying updated on industry regulations, policy changes, and emerging trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to foster a positive reputation in the industry.
- Monitoring the progress of claims and update clients regularly on the status and resolution of their cases.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise in Workers Compensation claims management.
About you:
You will have proven Workers Compensation experience at an insurer or insurance broker. You will have a good understanding of Workers Compensation laws, regulations, and industry best practices and be eager to learn more!
