About the Role
This role is located in Rockhampton, and would suit someone looking to take the next steps in their career. It involves but is not limited to:
- Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers;
- Data entry of claims into Insight system;
- Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution;
- Follow up of claims processes with insurers;
- Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim;
- Maintain client claim files;
- Answer incoming claims calls;
- Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.

About You
- Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, teamwork and strong documentation skills;
- The ability to work unsupervised within a team environment;
- Career focused, responsible, self motivated and enthusiastic;
- Tier 2 in insurance broking preferred, but not essential.
- Interest in learning about claims and receiving on the job training and qualifications.
