We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, experienced Incident & Claims Coordinator to provide efficient support to the company’s national operations. For this role you will be involved in the day-to-day management of motor vehicle and property claims.

With a key focus on compliance and support; you will be skilled in providing advice and eager to follow-up, keeping all stakeholders updated throughout the process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the company’s internal motor vehicle claims from lodgment to resolution;
  • Reviewing incident reports for completeness
  • Notifying our insurers of reported incidents and/or claims where relevant
  • Liaising with our managers, third parties, insurers, solicitors, loss assessors and hire car companies via email and phone
  • Responding to claims in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Assisting our sites in determining liability for incidents
  • Working closely with in-house lawyers to manage claim disputes
  • Administrative duties including taking phone calls, sending emails, printing, filing and processing payments associated with the managed claims

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • KPI and customer focused with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work collaboratively in a small team 
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast pace and varied role
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment 
  • Ability to learn new internal programs and technology 
  • Be proactive and strive to upskill 
  • A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
