Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our dynamic team based at our Burswood office. This integral role will see you manage a high performing team that are responsible for the support for our Housing contract. You will play a crucial role in this team by implementing strategies to ensure the smooth, efficient processing and auditing of claims and supporting queries from stakeholders. This exciting opportunity to join our high-performing team will see you delivering exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratively identifying and implementing strategies to successfully process large volumes of claims
- Auditing work orders
- Ensuring our contractual obligations with the client are met
- Supporting the team and managing escalations
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar leadership role, unwavering motivation for delivery, and a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- High level organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced MS Suite competencies
- Cert 3 in Business Administration (or similar), desired but not required
