Address- Supporting your team, of up to 15, in their daily activities of managing workers' compensation claims
- Using your expertise in Workers Compensation claims management and legislation to support with more involved clients and claims
- Recruiting new team members and then taking them through their career journey
- Assist with the ongoing development of team members, working together with the Technical and Injury Management Advisor
- Reviewing claims portfolios and meeting clients face to face to discuss their performance and any issues
- Ensuring individual employees are supported, and balancing this with business requirements
- Reviewing team members' performance, providing feedback, ensuring their progress and success in their role
- Contribute to the strategic plan for the division
- Support other teams during times of absence, and increased workload
- Analysing data and reports, identifying trends and improvement areas
- Taking part in and leading projects
What you will enjoy bringing to this role:
- Experience within either a workers' compensation leadership, IMA or Technical Advisor role
- Your strong leadership skills and experience, mentoring and coaching team members will be your forte
