The firm is seeking a talented Class Actions Associates/Senior Associates to join their growing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-party litigations and Class Actions. You will collaborate closely with the firm's experienced commercial litigation experts, gaining exposure to challenging and prestigious cases that will enhance your legal and business leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing your own files with appropriate supervision, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court proceedings.The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Class Actions or significant exposure to multi-party litigations as a commercial litigator.
