We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic candidate to join our impressive and highly regarded team in our Norwest Litigation practice working with partners Sean O’Donnell and George Angelinas. As part of the team, you will work on a wide variety of challenging commercial disputes, including corporations and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, franchising disputes, ACL claims, property disputes and building and construction disputes. The role offers work on top tier matters and collaborate with our prominent national client base.

Accountabilities

• Taking carriage of various litigation matters.
• Attending Court.
• Dealing directly with counsel and clients.
• Working collaboratively within a team, including working and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Prepare, predict and advise as to possible outcomes associated with litigation.

To be successful in this role, you might have:

• 5+ years PAE.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal Court and NSW Court’s procedure and requirements.
• Broad scope of commercial litigation experience.
• Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Mentorship skills to assist in developing our junior cohort.
• Strong practice management and attention to detail.
