Cleaner and Labourer

We are Victoria's 2nd largest builder - AHB Group, but you may know our brands a little bit more because they are who provide great outcomes and value to our clients. Our brands include: Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, EVO Homes, SOHO Living, Marque, First-Place and many more.

Due to our Handy Person / Cleaner Henry retiring after 15years with us, we are now looking for someone to take over.

The Role:

• Daily cleaning - Office, Toilets/bathrooms, Kitchens and the premises
• Ensure the bins are emptied, put out and brought back in 
• Travel throughout Victoria - Car/Van will be provided during work hours
• Help deliver stock/items wherever required
• Take work vehicles for servicing
• Help Site Managers on site where they require support
• Loading and unloading (Must be able to carry 20kg's comfortably)
• Work with basic hand tools
• Other adhoc duties

This role is a highly trusted role as you will have access to all buildings and requires someone who is honest, reliable and likes variety in their day.

This role is fulltime and is based in Derrimut Vic 3026, however you will be required to travel when required. A Full Australian drivers license is a MUST.

Salary: $55,000 + Super
