Job description

The role: We have customers waiting to receive your impeccable cleaning services in their own homes.

We would love to hear from candidates that take pride in keeping their homes pristine and would like to share these services and skills to keep customers independent and living in their own homes. Or you might already be working in the cleaning field, looking for a rewarding role and to end your day with great deal of job satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team to support the wellbeing of customers
  • Conduct a variety of domestic tasks
  • Travel between customers' homes and attend site base training
  • Assist the customers to live a good life

Good news:

You will be reimbursed the kms travelled as per the Award rate, plus you will be paid for the time you travel between customers after your first clean, until your last!

To support your success:

Your first day will be practical training with some of your colleagues. From there, your Team Leader will support you getting to know the tools you require to perform your role, such as the mobile phone you will be issued. You will also be given buddy shifts with an experienced Community Cleaner. You will have your Team Leader and other supporting areas such as the Scheduling Team and Customer Service Team, only a phone call away to assist your success in the role.

About You!

You have extensive customer service experience who presents with a positive attitude. You take pride in your work and the results you achieve. You have a genuine caring nature and a heartfelt desire to assist our customers to live a good life.

  • Fluency in English language, including written & verbal communication skills
  • A passion for supporting choice and independence
  • High level customer service experience
  • Availability Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work short shifts
  • Ability to operate a smart phone
  • Share the ACH Group culture and values

You will need:

  • To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
  • Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle 
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster, if eligible)
  • A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
