About the role:
Join our team as a Plant and Machinery Cleaner and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our onsite industrial equipment. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and plant are kept in pristine condition, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address cleanliness and safety issues.
- Operate independently and manage cleaning tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any maintenance or repairs immediately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience cleaning plant and machinery in a similar role.
- Forklift licence
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as pressure washers and industrial vacuums.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Desire to advance to the next level in your career.
