Exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to join us at our site located in the Brisbane, employed on a Afternoon shift, Full Time basis.

The Position:

• Prior cleaning experience preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proven supervisory experience within a small to medium team
• Control of the cleaning budget
• Review stock levels and complete orders as required
• Scheduling of ongoing maintenance programs for all periodical cleaning
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to day to day cleaning at the site
• Supervision of cleaners in relation to day to day cleaning
• Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for quality control and service rotations
• Receive and respond to emails as required
• Issuing and managing staff rosters and time sheets

Minimum Criteria:

• Sound knowledge of cleaning equipment and processes
• Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals
• Sound knowledge of HSEQ processes and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, being able to lead and guide a team in a complex and at times demanding environment
• Able to provide a clean criminal history check
• Excellent communication skills with sound computer skills
