The Role

We are looking for experienced Cleaners in Melbourne CBD that are highly motivated, passionate and results driven for medium to large retail Shopping Centers. The purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hygiene, and presentation with excellent customer service & standards.

The Person

• Be available for day / weekend and night shifts
• Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner.
• Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
• A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
• Strong time management skills.
• Delivery of five-star customer service and standards.
• Outcome focused and standards driven.
• A great ability to work and be part of the team.
• Experience in cleaning is highly desirable.
• Experience 

Skills and Experience

• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Work in a fast pace and busy Shopping Centre
• Experience working in Shopping Centre cleaning teams. (Further training will be given to the successful candidate).
• Good understanding of Environmental Health & safety management also a commitment to safe working practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

This position will be based on award wages and applicants should be available for an immediate start. You may be required to work flexible hours at times, including weekends in accordance with business and client requirements.
