This position will require effective management of all resources including a hands approach where required, to ensure effective delivery of cleaning services and systems management.
About the role
Reporting to the EMOS Operations Manager and based at our Canberra bases, you will deliver a range of services including:
- Coordinate the team roster covering day and evening cleaning activities as well as specialised cleaning tasks
- Conduct cleaning audits in accordance with the agreed schedule
- Communicate cleaning activities / access requirements with the customer
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and consumables are provided / maintained
- Train the cleaning team to ensure they are customer focused to deliver superior service
- Manage access to S&R facilities in accordance with base and contracted instructions
- Oversee S&R facility books including but not limited to pool, courts and external sports field facilities on behalf of members
You and your dedicated team will be the face of Downer and play a pivotal role in delivering the services commitment we have made to our clients.
About you
- Previous experience in similar Administration role with strong client services skills and significant Cleaning and Housekeeping industry experience
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers' Licence (essential)
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and establish timeframes
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite
