Cleaning Supervisors to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cleaning operations onsite.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage cleaning staff and rosters on a daily basis.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Respond to general and emergency cleaning queries.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and handle general administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience:- Experience in a supervisory or team leader cleaning role.
- Understanding of cleaning principles, equipment, and machinery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent time management skills.
