The Roles:
Assetlink are thrilled to announce a new contract within the education sector in Sydney! We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for various part-time and full-time cleaning positions.
Join us in making a positive impact on educational facilities and contributing to the well-being of students and staff alike.
If you have commercial or retail cleaning experience and would like to be part of a team that makes a difference, then we would love to hear from you.
These positions are paid in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award 2020. The positions are to commence in July.
Role Requirements:
- Be well-presented, proactive and able to work well on your own
- Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on-the-job training will be provided)
- An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
- Cleaning Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods
- Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Be able to communicate in verbal and written English
- Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
