About the Role:
The Sales Associate responsibility varies from offering excellent customer engagement, developing and maintaining the CRM, being an ambassador for the house with deep understanding and product knowledge and customer profiles. The sales associate is responsible to be the first point of contact with the clients making this position a pivotal role in the business success.
Responsibilities:
- Strong usage of clientele and CRM programs to drive the individuals and overall boutique success
- Ensures the individual sales target and KPIs are meet
- Contributes to all store task and duties
- Work as part of the team to optimise performance
- adequate communication to all stakeholders
- 2+ years customer service. Specialty Premium/Luxury preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team
