We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Development Manager to join the Fashion Division at our North Sydney office. This exciting role plays an integral role in nurturing qualitative, long term value for our customers, with a focus on elite customers, by reinforcing our exclusivity and strengthening attachment to the brand.
This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager - Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry to support the division’s client experience and retention strategies in accordance with global and regional marketing guidelines and direction.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Review untapped opportunities across the whole client segmentations using an analytical approach based on our brand differentiation in the competitive market;
Formulate and execute growth and retention strategies with a focus on Ready to Wear (RTW), High Jewelry and Watches through events collaboration (including local and international events and viewing sessions), recruitment activities and collaborative partnerships;
Collaborate with the marketing team on ROI and post analysis performance of client experience activities, events and programs;
Travel on a regular basis to support the boutiques across Australia in the development of the elite tier category - through coaching and the sharing of knowledge and insights on opportunities to improve the client experience;
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
8 to 10 years of luxury client relationship experience preferably gained in the fashion retail environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills – able to interact strategically and operationally with a broad range of stakeholders.
Well-developed organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong English language skills. Additional language skills such as Mandarin or French would be considered an advantage;
A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of retail dynamics and environment;
Strong networking ability, well-developed connections in hospitality, entertainment, and arts and culture
Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
