Position Overview:
As Client Engagement Coordinator at Hobart Business Brokerage, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with our clients and prospects. You will be responsible for reaching out to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and third-party platforms. Your goal will be to engage clients, qualify leads, promote the services offered by our business, and convert leads into active clients. This role requires proactive engagement and the ability to work towards set targets for lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with clients and potential clients through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
2. Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify their interest in our services, and determine potential for conversion.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalised communication and exceptional customer service.
4. Service Promotion: Educate clients about the services offered by Hobart Business Brokerage and effectively communicate the value proposition.
5. Lead Conversion: Work towards achieving set targets for lead conversion and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organisation.
6. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update CRM systems, and ensure data integrity.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to coordinate Client Engagement activities and achieve business objectives.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve our customer engagement strategies and service offerings.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on Client Engagement activities, lead status, conversion rates, and other key metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer engagement, customer service, or sales support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Experience working towards and achieving targets for lead conversion.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
