Due to rapid growth and the launch of multiple projects in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service and construction administration Manager who has understanding of residential construction and Customer Service. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. We are on the search for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, is driven, energetic, super organized, with very strong attention to detail and importantly hands on!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit council applications
- Prepare building contracts
- Arrange consultant documentation. (i.e. energy & structural, soil reports)
- Manage files from sales to construction on CRM and Click Hones
- Able to read and understand working drawings
- Able to write and provide addenda’s
- Applying and arranging building insurances
- Ability to deal with client complaints and conflict resolution
- Arrange post-construction maintenance following handover to clients
- Prepare handover packs including brochures, warranties, keys and client gifts
- Conduct client handover meetings
- Manage a small team
What you will bring to the role
- Previous experience in construction in a Client Liaison role
- Confident IT skills in MS Outlook, MS Word & Excel
- Strong attention to detail is paramount
- Able to work under pressure and be able to use your initiative
- Able to lead and inspire a team
- Able to implement and stream line procedures
