My Home Hospital (MHH) is a new Hospital in the Home Program, funded by Wellbeing SA, and managed by Calvary and Medibank to deliver and grow one of Australia’s largest virtual hospital from home programs. MHH includes a Virtual Care Centre (VCC) responsible for triage, admission, care coordination, medical governance, remote monitoring, and medical record management. Clinical services will be delivered through a network provider.
About this opportunity
As the Client Liaison Manager, you will support the MHH Senior Leadership Team to improve MHH market position, achieve both activity and finance growth, identify business opportunities, build, and retain key stakeholder relationships; and maintain linkages with resources across all health care sectors in Adelaide and peri-urban areas in South Australia. The Client Liaison Manager is the relationship manager with Wellbeing SA, ensuring the service is working collaboratively with Wellbeing SA to foster relationships with the Local Health Networks and other stakeholders to develop the service, coordinate and meet scaling targets and service expansion strategies.
This role is also responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Health Liaison Officers (HLOs) to achieve organisational objectives for the My Home Hospital (MHH) program.
You will also collaborate as part of a broader team working closely with the internal MHH team, MHH providers, Wellbeing SA, Primary Health Network, SA Ambulance Service, Aged Care providers and other stakeholders to increase community awareness and promote opportunities.
About You

To be successful in this role you have:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience leading and managing a clinical team
- A clinical background highly desirable (think Allied Health or Nursing background)
- Event Management qualifications or experience (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in Business Development roles (desirable)
- Project Management experience (desirable)
