The Low Carb Keto Health team are committed to leading a new paradigm of health care. We are a team of Doctors, Dietitians and Health Coaches empowering others to manage disease and create wellness through a nutrition and lifestyle approach to health care.
Since opening our doors in February 2022, we've experienced continued practice growth and we’re now seeking to appoint a casual Client Liaison / Receptionistto join our team.
Are you our next practice superstar?
Working closely with our Clinic Co-Ordinator, you will positively contribute to day-to-day clinic operations through exceptional front desk client connection and liaison, efficient processing of medical administration activities and, timely clinic preparation and setup.
You‘ll be an integral and valued member of our specialised team with key responsibilities including;
- Front of house reception, Client Liaison and appointment scheduling;
- Best Practice client billing including Medicare and HICAPS;
- Daily taking and banking reconciliations;
- Client record management including follow-up and maintaining referrals, reports and results;
- Triage of client, referring doctor and health fund enquiries;
- Clinical communication and correspondence distribution
- Consulting room and equipment preparation
- General clinical administrative support and project tasks as required by Directors.
To be successful in this role you’ll thrive on client / patient engagement and be very organised to get things done. You’ll communicate effectively and have a genuine desire to work collaboratively with a hybrid healthcare team at all times. A minimum 3 years in a similar role is essential.
We are offering flexibility for you to work across a Tuesday and/or Thursday, with specific hours to be agreed upon. As the first point of contact for a leading lifestyle medicine practice, you must have a genuine belief in managing chronic disease and creating wellness through a nutrition and lifestyle-first approach. Personal or lived experience in a low carb or ketogenic lifestyle will be highly regarded.
