Client Management And Candidate Sourcing Consultant

We are currently seeking a Client relationship and Candidate sourcingconsultant on a permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Posting job advertisments online
• Phone screening, shortlisting and arrange interviews
• Cold Calling existing database of candidates/members
• Conducting reference checks and coordinating offers
• Data entry, management, and maintenance of the candidate information system within CRM
• Developing talent pipelines and maintaining industry market knowledge
• Adapt as required and display resilience in a changing work environment;

This role will suit someone with proven experience in Candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, either in an agency or in-house environment. You will have exceptional time management, organisational skills, and communication capability to engage candidates to ensure a smooth pathway through our hiring process. You will have a bright and energised personality and a natural passion for getting the win!
