About the Team
Our New Estates team's primary focus is to grow revenue and funds under management by offering competitive products that meet the needs of the Victorian public. This includes providing information and answering queries regarding State Trustees Wills, estates and estate administration process.
About the Role
Internally known as a New Estates Administrator, you will provide daily administrative support to the New Estate Consultants to help ensure administrative tasks within the onboarding of new estates are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties
- Prepare correspondence for Consultants to service providers and other business professionals
- Sort and distribute mail, emails and other correspondence daily including forwarding to the appropriate Consultants
- Save documents to appropriate systems and applications, responding/seeking further information as needed
- Co-ordinate/create allocation of new estates to consultants accurately recording information within appropriate systems and applications.
- Collate/collect all required information for new allocations including will files
- Set up estate files and distributes to relevant Consultants in other business units
Skills & Experience
- Relevant administration and customer service experience
- Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence
- Sound communication skills (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy including basic skill level with Microsoft Excel
