About this exciting role:

As our Client Relations Manager you will monitor and drive a positive customer, resident and family experience to optimise occupancy and improve occupancy performance of homes in our Queensland region.  A champion of the admissions and sales process, expertly navigates referral opportunities , anticipating demand and customer needs, to build a solid reputation for the homes in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and reporting upon occupancy and admission trends.
  • Proposing, designing and implementing sales strategies required to achieve optimum occupancy
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of e Aged Care Funding for older Australians entering residential aged care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aged industry, including healthcare providers, rehabilitation centres, retirement living and aged care service providers.
  • Winning new business to increase the sales funnel
  • Stakeholder management to solidify referring channels

The person who will be amazing in this role has:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to exceed targets
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aged care sector
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused with a commitment to exceptional service
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care admissions and funding process and legislation
  • Existing relationships with referrers and other industry stakeholders.
