• Develop new clientele relationship and new business channels
• Provide a high level of personalised customer service
• Manage, grow and transact sales from the travel industry VIP Market (T.I.V’s)
• Support Marketing and store team Management build a solid customer base/followers with Red Book social media content and posts

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
• Previous retail/sales experience with luxury brands
• Strong product knowledge in the luxury retail space
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Sydney Downtown location
• Full-Time position - 76 hours fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster – work every 2nd weekend
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
