Based in Perth CBD, Integro is fast growing and to support this expansion we are seeking a high calibre customer focused individual to join our Client Service Team.
About The Role
A Client Service Associate performs administrative duties that enhance client relationships through active communication to ensure key information and documentation remain relevant and current. Working in partnership with the financial advice team to deliver superior Client Service, this role performs administrative tasks at each stage of the client engagement. Administration tasks include areas such as risk management and insurance, scheduling client meetings, handling client email and telephone enquiries and ensuring accurate and well maintained client data.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to the Advice Team including preparation of review packs, implementation of client strategies, coordination of client meetings and other activities as required by the Adviser(s).
- Organise client-related documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with them through clear communication and a proactive approach to their needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and the delivery of superior client outcomes.
- Continuously strive to exceed client expectations by anticipating needs and providing solutions.
- Administer all support aspects of the client advice process within XPLAN ensuring the seamless execution of client strategies and initiatives.
- Liaise with various insurers and investment platforms in setting up client details, managing any changes and communication of the relevant documentation.
- Assist with creating and managing new business opportunities including the scheduling of meetings on behalf of the Adviser(s) as required.
Education/ Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative/support function.
- Experience within a financial planning business.
- Experience with XPLAN.
- Knowledge of Australian Financial Services License (ASFL) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in risk management and insurance administration is desirable.
