I'm seeking a highly capable, detail orientated and organised individual to join the team as a Client Service Associate. This role is supporting the Investment Operations and Administration team with daily tasks, whilst also supporting the Client Service function in regards to Private and High Net Worth Clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily investment administration and operational tasks, such as client onboarding activity, investment reporting and investment applications
- Assist with clients personal banking
- Responding to investor enquiries in a timely manner
- KYC administration for investment purposes
- Discretion around confidential client information is a must
What will make you successful in this role:
- Degree qualified (Economics, Finance, Commerce)
- Superb attention to detail with both written and numerical work
- Excellent communication skills
- 12 months minimum experience in investment administration and/or registry operations
- A willingness to learn and passionate about service
