This Global Funds Management business offers a range of strategies from fundamental and quantitative active management approaches to indexing strategies to gain exposure to the global capital markets. Through a variety of product structures institutional, intermediary, and individual investors around the world can access investment solutions to meet their needs.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Management of the Inbox, inbound phone calls and client queries.
- The coordination of direct applications working closely with fund administrator to provide a seamless investor experience.
- Assist with Reporting Flows and AUM
- Oversee and input Data Request for Research Houses and Clients, which may include RFP submissions.
- Ensure adherence and compliance for Research House, Platform, and investor activity.
- Support internal projects which the Distribution Team are involved.
- Internal stakeholder co-ordination – working closely with legal, compliance, marketing, and the investment team to facilitate representation on platforms, to generate sales opportunities.
You hold RG146 qualifications and have the proven ability to multi-task whilst working collaboratively within a team environment.
You can start work in May and commit to min. 7-month role.
