3 Month Fixed Term Opportunity (with possible view of extension)
Grow and Develop your Skills in Client Services
We have an opportunity for a Client Services Manager to work across our homes in NSW. This is a 3 month opportunity to cover a period of leave. The role will report into the Regional Operations Manager and be a key member of the NSW operations team.
You will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with referral agencies, organisations and individuals.
- Networking with key stakeholders
- Negotiating Refundable Accommodations Deposits and/or alternatives Driving respite targets
- Contributing and supporting Heritage Care Homes in meeting budgetary and occupancy outcomes (including RAD / DAP and Concessional Resident targets as set and liaising with the AN-ACC Manager to meet ACFI targets asset)
- Identification of new funding streams and assisting with market and competition analysis
- Assisting with development and implementation of marketing initiatives to maximise occupancy and actively build a waitlist for each home
- Ensuring the Heritage Care brand is positively represented in the community and with all stakeholders.
About You
You are passionate about the aged care sector, with an understanding of the aged care principles, standards and interested in further developing your skills, knowledge and experience.
Expectation of the Role
You will need to be able to travel across the NSW Homes where you will be required to effectively and consistently partner with the Home leadership team to drive and achieve respite and permanent occupancy levels. This includes all associated commercial and contractual arrangements.
You are comfortable working across multiple technology platforms, including CRM system.
