Reporting to the Sales Manager, we currently have an opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our team based at Blacktown. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments.
The Criteria:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and drive satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Client Service team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Serve as the escalation point for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues, providing timely updates and resolutions.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and operation teams to align on client needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop client-centric initiatives and deliverables that add value and drive client satisfaction.
About your experience
Ideally, a minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Client Service, account management, or a related role within the Printing Industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MIS and CRM software (e.g., Tharstern/Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
