Katherine based chartered accounting firm that specialises in taxation, business and advisory services. The role will be working with both junior and senior staff in taxation and business services.
We have 40 employees, across 3 locations, including 28 qualified accountants.
Job Description
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures concerning customer relations and making customers aware of KAS services.
- Managing motivating and developing staff dealing with customer service across the offices.
- Ensure operational efficiency within the offices and provide direction and feedback to team members related to customer service.
- Planning and implementing procedures to follow-up customers on customer expectation/satisfaction, after sales services and enhanced services.
- Working closely with management in new client acquisition and organizational growth.
- Administrate daily operations of Katherine office.
- Leading the small tax team and ensuring tax returns are completed and lodged on time with ATO.
- Having periodical meetings with the higher management on customer service and satisfaction to discuss further the progress to be made in customer services.
- Assisting with IT support.
Qualifications/ Experience required
- A degree in Business Management/Accounting/Finance/Marketing
- 3- 5 years' experience in driving a team towards the overall achievement of the organization with utmost customer satisfaction
