Our client is based in Kew and they are seeking a full-time professional Administrator / Receptionist. They specialize in assisting small businesses to help them through challenges and wins of the business journey. Some of their services include; Business Planning, Cash flow management and complimentary business reviews.Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients and assisting with their queries
- Collection of financial statements and income tax returns and scanning
- Attending to incoming and outgoing correspondence (ATO and other)
- Email management
- Organizing meetings and bookings for the director and partners
- Arranging staff events and communicating to the whole team
- Scanning, filing, etc.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Professionally presented
- Willing to grow both personally and professionally
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
- WFH flexibility and great working hours
- Be part of a supportive close-knit team
- Staff functions and team building activities
- Performance reviews with bonus’ on offer
