Are you looking for an exciting and varied role? This Accounting firm is looking for a superstar Administrator Assistant to join their growing team!

Our client is based in Kew and they are seeking a full-time professional Administrator / Receptionist. They specialize in assisting small businesses to help them through challenges and wins of the business journey. Some of their services include; Business Planning, Cash flow management and complimentary business reviews.
Duties:
  • Meeting and greeting clients and assisting with their queries
  • Collection of financial statements and income tax returns and scanning
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing correspondence (ATO and other)
  • Email management
  • Organizing meetings and bookings for the director and partners
  • Arranging staff events and communicating to the whole team
  • Scanning, filing, etc.
About you:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Professionally presented
  • Willing to grow both personally and professionally
  • Strong computer skills
  • High attention to detail
