Client Services Insurance Consultant

About the Role:
Upon completing a comprehensive training and induction program, you'll join a team dedicated to assisting clients with general or sales enquiries. In this role, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting client, account managers and authorised representative with their enquiries and educating them on the organisation's products and policies.
• Working within the boundaries of the underwriting guidlines when conversing with clients over the phone.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service while adhering to organisational policy & compliance.
• Collaborating effectively with other internal teams with regards to complex enquiries.
• Translate your technical expertise regarding the organisations' insurance products in a simple and effective manner to clients.

What You Will Bring:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively build rapport with clients.
• Multiple years experience within a contact centre or financial services environment.
• Sales experience highly desirable.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
• Open to engaging in a broad based and intensive training program.
• Experience with or knowledge of underwriting or general insurance desirable but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and effective team player.
