POSITION
Due to strong growth, the position of Client Services Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
Manage workflow, diary management, and assist with all facets of public practice administration
Provide leadership to the firm
Undertake special project work for the firm and clients
ASIC + ATO compliance
Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
Ability to manage staff in a efficient manner
Proficient with most accounting software packages
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
