- Manage, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and other learning activities using engaging techniques and learning methodologies to maximise learning outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of program and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organisational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements, gain buy-in for learning initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
- Manage administrative tasks related to learning programs, such as participant registration, attendance tracking and resource allocation.
- Establish evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions using data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure all learning initiatives comply with relevant regulations, standards and quality assurance protocols, maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the organisation by encouraging continuous learning amongst all employees.
