Client Services Officer – Montara Wealth

An exciting opportunity exists to join a fast-growing financial planning business based in the Sydney’s CBD. Our company is experiencing some significant growth and is looking for a Client Services Officer to join our fun and dynamic team.

About the role:

Working closely with the Senior Financial Adviser and Paraplanner, the successful applicant will be a team player who wants to pursue a career in Financial Planning.  This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and has a strong eye for detail. The role is advertised as full time, however part time opportunities also exist for Uni Students.

Typical duties will include:

• Provide admin support to the Paraplanner and Senior Financial Planner, including preparation and submission of application forms
• Work with the Financial Advisor & Paraplanner to construct the advice for clients
• Liaise with the offshore admin team on the preparation of SOA’s, ROA’s and reports for ongoing reviews
• Ensure that the company’s CRM and compliance are up to date

Some key attributes/requirements will be:

• Completed or currently studying a Diploma in FP/approved degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in excel/word/office
• Strong attention to detail
