Client Service Officer

Wealth Journey is a privately-owned Financial Planning practice based in Sydney CBD, operating for over 15 years.

The Role

We are seeking a Client Service Officer to join our CBD based team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our financial planning operations, ensuring exceptional service to our clients. 

General Requirements

• Display a high level of personal integrity and professionalism when representing Wealth Journey
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks at all times
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide timely assistance
• Coordinating client meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately
• Processing client applications, forms and transactions efficiently

Key Skills Required

• A helpful disposition and willingness to exceed client expectations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written are required to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and product providers
• Attention to detail is critical in this role given the importance of accuracy in the financial services industry
• Strong organisational skills will help manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise responsibilities effectively
• Adaptability and the willingness to learn is valuable given ever-changing regulations and evolving technologies in our industry, particularly as we operate under our own license

What Else You Should Know

• Previous experience in a similar role and/or in the financial services industry is preferred but not required, however a part-time opportunity could be offered to a candidate with relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in financial services is preferable but not essential
