Working alongside our amazing Client Services Manager, this crucial hands-on role will support with delivering on our commitment to providing the very best quality of client care. This role would be great for a disability industry professional looking to take the next step in their career, joining a national provider with great career development opportunities.
As a Client Services Officer you will support across the following areas:
- Liaising directly with clients, Support Coordinators and all stakeholders Who Require Our Services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.
- End to End onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all Participants in your caseload.
- Collaborating with Coordination, Recruitment and Management to ensure best outcomes for all Participants
- Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.
- Ongoing Face to Face Meetings with Participants to Ensure Service Standards are Upheld
- Participate in the continued growth of our ACT market by making meaningful connections through networking and business development activities
- Prior experience working in the NDIS sector from a Client Services perspective
- Self-starter who enjoys leaving things better than the way you found them
- Enjoy making genuine connections and building meaningful relationships
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience meeting deadlines, and working within a fast-paced environment
