We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Client Service Officer to become part of our financial planning firm. This role offers the chance to work alongside a driven Client Services team and provide support to our advisers.
This role will be focused on providing effective and timely support to the Advisors and will be best suited to a candidate who is eager to pursue a career in the wealth and financial advice support space.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Front reception and phone monitoring.
- Working both autonomously and as a part of a tightly knit team.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate document preparation.
- Implementing advice recommendations for clients.
- Initiating, lodging and monitoring client applications, asset transfers, rollovers, among other transactions.
- Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Experience with Xplan will be looked upon favorably.
- Liaising with third parties in relation to client matters.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks within the business.
- Working closely with the practice manager, Client Services team and financial advisers to assist in their day-to-day activities.
Qualifications & experience
- Financial planning industry experience and/or qualification is preferred, however not essential.
