Our Client is a dynamic and award-winning financial planning business located in the Northern Suburbs, with easy access to transport. Our Client has a reputation for delivering high quality advice and service to their clients, in a timely and efficient manner.
The Role
Our client is seeking a like-minded service orientated individual to join their organisation. The role is primarily responsible for the provision of client service and administrative support to the team of Financial Advisers and to ensure that clients' requests and needs are managed in a timely and efficient manner
Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for incoming correspondence from clients
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisers
- Liaise with external stakeholders and compile information
- Onboarding new clients and gathering all necessary documentation
- Oversee and manage the firm's insurance book; monitor policy renewals, amendments and claims processing
- Respond and action client requests
- Updating / maintaining databases and other ad hoc admin
- Proven client service experience and the ability to create and operate in a highly collaborative team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with initiative
- Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment
- Able to work under pressure and meet timelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience using Xplan would be ideal
