Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and developing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. The Client Solutions Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to pinpoint essential clients and updating and maintaining our business intelligence
  • Collaboratively designing strategies to engage with existing stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing relationships and boosting client retention
  • Collecting and analyzing client feedback and working closely with stakeholders to fine-tune and optimise current accounts
  • Identifying and pursuing strategies for growth within our existing client base, which involves crafting reverse briefs, proposals, presentations, and various initiatives aimed at securing new business
  • Taking the lead in implementing company-wide strategies that underscore the companies commitment to environmental sustainability, social impact, Indigenous relations, community support, and other contemporary commitments
  • Crafting content to support marketing and promotional activities
  • Serving as the company face at client and industry events, with the primary goal of enhancing our reputation and showcasing unique value propositions
  • Identifying and collaborating with marketing on opportunities for promotional campaigns and industry awards
  • Identifying and cultivating growth prospects with potential clients
  • Identifying and taking action on opportunities for enhancing business practices and adopting industry best practices and innovative solutions
  • Conduct optimization exercises for existing accounts and transition new business clients

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client management or account management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
