CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
We are a rapidly growing, mid-sized Commercial Cleaning company with branches in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & WA. Our business has been growing by 50% each year since inception which has created a great opportunity for a new CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER .
This key role involves establishing & managing client relationships & cleaning standards of several venues which will make up your portfolio.
The main responsibilities of the role will be;
• To meet with each client weekly and gauge feedback on their level of satisfaction
• To perform a physical inspection of the cleanliness of the facility.
• To work with the cleaners to improve on the standards where necessary.
• To change over cleaners on the site should the need be.
• To start up new sites with the cleaners if the job falls into your weekly portfolio area.
• Send site inspection reports to cleaners and site supervisors
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Cleaning Industry experience preferred (but not essential)
• Previous Account Management experience (essential)
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Strong time management & organisation skills
• Highly developed verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and follow through on requests
• Genuine desire to go the extra mile to keep their clients happy
• Highly developed verbal & written communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) skills
