About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Success Consultant to join our team! Reporting to the Client Success Manager the Client Success Consultant is responsible for responsible for managing the first point of contact with our valued clients. As the face of Figtree to our clients, it is essential that you are passionate about the customer experience and put them at the centre of everything you do, whilst providing quality support and managing key relationships.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney office.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Investigate and solve business and software issues, utilising manuals, tools, and available support resources.
- Seek the assistance of other relevant personnel and where authorised, involve 3rd party resources to resolve more difficult and complex issues.
- Assist in the identification and correction of data integrity issues and application faults.
- Participate as an active team member of Support Services to support the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
- Assist in software testing and evaluation, validation and documentation.
- Ensure the provision of prompt and efficient customer service to internal and external customers.
- Organise/attend client meetings as required to develop relationships and work through client issues.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience working with QA Systems and Processes within a professional environment.
- Experience within professional environments with a strong customer service orientation.
- Must be an independent and willing learner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship building skills – internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and understand new software packages.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excels at recognising clients needs and expectations.
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines as required.
