Client Success Consultant | Digital Advertising Support

Reporting to the Campaign Management Team Leader, this role is responsible for the successful performance and retention of Digital Advertising campaigns to our customers nationally.

• Amazing customer service to our customers and internal sales teams
• Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers and manage reporting
• Collaborate with fulfilment on optimizations, have insights and make recommendations
• Look for opportunities and influence sales for future business
• Identify potential campaign issues and flag before customer is lost, proactively deliver customer solutions
• Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely manner
• Input into our sales and operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes

• A great level of positive energy to deliver across multiple deadlines
• Strong influencing skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent written & oral communications skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with our digital specialists, sales teams and fulfilment teams
• Ability to think on their feet and handle customer concerns, quickly build rapport
• Exposure to digital marketing is preferred
