About the Role - Responsibilities & Requirements
The official title of the role will be “Client Success” encompassing your accountability to ensure success for the clients.
You will be involved in capturing new clients and selling recruitment, IT, RPO, Digital, Software development and SaaS services to the clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients (BD) and manage (AM) existing clients across Digital and Recruitment portfolio
- Understand the client's business
- Enforce quality and timely client delivery by APPETENCY team - Working with project manager/service delivery manager to ensure Client Success (overseeing but not actually managing the delivery)
- Building exceptional long term relationships with the clients - Understanding and documenting client environment, culture, etc + Build and Project Manage client relationships and delivery
- Must have good understanding of IT and Solution selling experience - Ability to understand the bigger picture and identifying/recommending the right solution for the client
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task/handle multiple roles
- Ability to annalise the capacity to the delivery teams and focus of products that ensure quality delivery for clients
- Take accountability of activities, KPIs and result – ability to reverse engineer your targets to an annual plan
- New Business Development across –
- Predominantly Recruitment, IT staffing, RPO
- IT development projects, Digital Marketing projects,
- HR Software (AppetencyHR), Employer Value proposition & HR consulting
- Managed service, on-site staffing
- Achieving a mix of monthly revenue and monthly recurring revenue targets across product portfolio range
- Build plans for achieving the KPIs
- Capitalising on your network and other prospecting techniques to capture new logos/clients
- Ability to contribute to the growth strategy & product development of the business
- Working with internal team for marketing promotions and providing ideas pertaining to sales/marketing
- Accurately capturing leads in the CRM system
- Reverse marketing quality candidates to existing clients and prospects
- Site visits to facilitate relationship building and well-being checks on placements
- Client and Team management
Experience Requirement:
- EXCEPTIONAL English & communication skills both oral and written
- Proven track record showcasing numbers, relationship building & extreme ownership
- Someone who takes pride in contributing to the success of clients
- Someone who loves sales & has a demonstrable past success of achieving the KPIs
- Hardworking & committed
- Extensive network in Melbourne market preferably in the mid-market
- 5-8 years of sales experience preferably in IT, Digital, recruitment, IT managed services, RPO, Digital marketing
- Previous technical experience is highly regarded but must have the ability to discuss technical requirements with the clients
- Ideal candidates would have experience across recruitment and digital space
