CLIENT SUPPORT OFFICER - ALICE SPRINGS (Identified vacancy)
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are looking for their next Client Support Officer in Alice Springs to join their clients team.
Are you passionate about supporting Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and driving change.
1. Attend to clients in the Alice Springs prision and juvenile detention centre through audio-visual link providing support
2. Respond to phone enquiries and take messages with providing general legal information and assist communication between lawyer and client
3. Provide support to Lawyers and support staff about Aboriginal culture and society
4.Develop and maintain community contacts
5.Complete client referals
They are looking for knowledge and understanding of contemporary Aboriginal culture and society and issues in the criminal legal system.
Good communication, demonstrated initiative, high level of client service and experience in administration.
Work as a team member with the flexibility to travel to remote communities to attend bush courts if required.
Ability to liaise with other agencies, develop networks and contacts and wrap around services.
Satisfactory criminal history check, Ochre card and C Class drivers licence with 4WD experience.
