The Story Bridge Adventure Climb are on the look out for Casual Climb Leaders. Open, engaging and confident, your role will be to entertain our visitors with facts and stories of the Story Bridge and Brisbane city; all whilst enjoying the breathtaking, birds-eye view from the suspended walkway.
About the role
Tasks and responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:
- Leading groups of people on the climb of their life over the Story Bridge (then turning around and doing it again and again)!
- Delivering expert commentary about the Story Bridge and Brisbane.
- Capturing amazing photos and magic moments for our customers.
- Giving superior customer satisfaction at all times.
- Industrial rigging or recreational abseiling/climbing experience preferred but not essential (specifically for our New Activities and Climb products)
About you
- Natural public speaker
- Be comfortable with heights
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to engage with people from all walks of life
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A solution seeker with the ability to think on their feet
- Have/ are willing to complete a First Aid, CPR & Blue Card certificate before you start.
