You will lead and support a skilled workforce with a team size of up to 40 members of operational staff and transport subcontractors as well as two warehouse supervisors and two admin ensuring efficient operation of the department to maximise our customers experience whilst continuously improving processes to enhance safety, quality, inventory management, picking capacity, transport efficiency and cost-effectiveness.About YouWe’re searching for someone who has a background in transport, operations or distribution centre management, preferably in the manufacturing industry who has experience managing the complexities of bulk customized freight. Balancing competing priorities and demands comes naturally to you, we’re looking for a people leader who has a flexible leadership style and hands on approach, who can maintain high level of employee engagement with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of their diverse team and customers.In addition:
