Climb Leader (Tourism attraction guide)

Imagine scaling the majestic Sydney Harbour Bridge and sharing it with people from all over the world each day! This is what our talented Climb Leaders have the pleasure of doing for work! 

We are a leading tourism experience in Sydney and we have a number of part time opportunities available within our Climb Leader team – if you have a love of tourism, an interest in Sydney's history, and you can captivate our guests with your entertaining commentary, this could be the role for you! 

Great Climb Leaders are people:

• with strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety and operational procedures
• that can educate and entertain people with magnificent storytelling 
• that are very comfortable working at heights
• who are capable of meeting the physical demands of the role
• who enjoy being outdoors – we’re an all-weather attraction to you’ll need to be prepared to work outside in all types of weather!
• with a compelling positive and optimistic energy.

Your Climb Leader journey will start with 3 weeks of full time, paid training – this prepares you for all aspects of your new role from safety procedures to commentary and everything in between.

Some important things to note: 

• 3 to 4 full days per week availability is a must have, including a full day Saturday.
• Group interview is Wednesday 13th March 2024
• If successful, a pre-employment medical, employment references and police check will be completed before commencement;
• Your start date will be Wednesday 3rd April 2024 (first day of 3 weeks full time training - this is not Mon-Fri 9-5)
• You will also be willing to obtain a first aid certificate within the first 3 weeks of starting with us.
